Configures when the eager usage validator runs.

DISABLED = 'disabled'

ENABLED = 'enabled'

Enable validation during model initialization and during every request.

INIT_ONLY = 'init-only'

Validate model initialization only. This is the default behavior, and catches the footguns that are baked in at build time.
