Reports whether the current graph’s kernel library has kda_chunk.

The kernel ships only with the closed-source kernel packages, so a source-only build lacks it. Callers that can fall back to the sequential recurrence should ask this, alongside kda_chunk_supports_head_dims(), before routing to kda_chunk().

Returns:

True when kda_chunk can be added to the current graph.

Return type:

bool
