Resolves a Selector into a predicate.

Parameters:

• selector (type | tuple[type, ...] | Callable[[Any], bool] | None) – A type, a tuple of types, a predicate, or None.
• default (Callable[[Any], bool]) – The predicate to use when selector is None.

Returns:

A predicate over one value.

Return type:

Callable[[Any], bool]
