Every device on this mesh axis holds the same copy of the data.

Returns the Collective for the move to another placement.

Sharded is a free local split, and Partial keeps one copy and zeros the others.

Parameters:

other (Placement) – The placement this one moves to.

Returns:

The Collective that performs the move.
