NullPeerSink

struct NullPeerSink

No-op sink: the epilogue keeps its local store.

Stateless like every sink, and Enabled is False, so each call site's comptime if strips the call outright. This is the default, which is what keeps the standalone matmuls byte-identical to a build with no sink parameter at all.
