Provides a persistent tile scheduler for grouped matmul GPU kernels.

Structs

• ​RasterOrder: Represents the rasterization order used when traversing output tiles.
• ​TileScheduler: Schedules output tiles across CTAs for a persistent grouped matmul kernel.
• ​WorkInfo: Holds the coordinates and validity state of a single output tile assigned to a CTA.
